AI and Realtors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website aiandrealtors.com. This page describes how you can request deletion of personal data we have collected about you. Our deletion process complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta Platform requirements for apps that use Facebook Login or any Meta Platform service.
What Data We Collect
To make the deletion process clear, here is the personal data we may hold about you:
- Name and email address — submitted through our newsletter signup, contact form, or tool submission form.
- Newsletter subscriber profile — managed by MailerLite, our email service provider.
- Form submissions — stored by Netlify Forms when you contact us or submit a tool.
- Analytics identifiers — anonymized visitor data collected by Google Analytics (GA4).
- Authentication identifiers — if you authenticated via Facebook Login on any AI and Realtors property, we may hold your Meta-issued user ID and any profile fields you authorized (typically name and email).
We do not sell personal data. We do not collect payment information. We do not collect government IDs or financial account numbers.
How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, free of charge. Follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the following information so we can identify your records:
- The email address associated with your account or newsletter subscription
- Your full name (if you submitted it with a form)
- Any usernames, handles, or Meta-issued user IDs you used to sign in (if applicable)
- Brief description of the data you want deleted (all data, newsletter only, specific form submission, etc.)
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity, which is the maximum window required under GDPR.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, listing the systems from which your data has been removed.
If you prefer a web form over email, you may also submit your request through our Contact page — note “Data Deletion Request” in the message field.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a verified deletion request, we delete:
- Your name, email address, and any other contact details you provided
- Your MailerLite subscriber record and all associated email engagement history
- Any Netlify Forms submissions tied to your email address
- Any Meta-issued user ID or Facebook Login profile data we retained for authentication
- Any stored records, support correspondence, or tool submissions linked to your identity
Anonymized analytics data (GA4) cannot be tied back to an individual and therefore is not part of the deletion scope. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics entirely, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How Long Deletion Takes
We complete the standard deletion process within 30 days of verifying your identity. Most requests are processed within 7 business days. Some records may be retained for a limited period after your request to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations — in those cases we will tell you which records are being retained, why, and when they will be deleted.
Facebook Login and Meta Platform Data
If you used Facebook Login on an AI and Realtors property, or otherwise authorized a Meta Platform app connected to AI and Realtors to access your profile, the data we received is limited to the profile fields you authorized — typically your name, email, and Meta-issued user ID. When you submit a deletion request under this page, we delete this data alongside any other records we hold.
You can also revoke the AI and Realtors app’s access to your Facebook account at any time by visiting your Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Revoking access stops future data sharing from Meta to AI and Realtors but does not delete data we have already stored — for that, send a deletion request through this page.
Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA
In addition to deletion, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to portability — request that we provide your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal data, but you may still exercise this right formally under CCPA.
- Right to object to processing — request that we stop processing your data for specific purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, use the same email address and process described above. We will not charge a fee or penalize you for exercising any of these rights.
